I  had similar problem some time back, some one advised me to take Pilex tablets and ointment, both Ayurvedic manufactured by Himalaya drugs. I checked the net and found some positive  studies about it conducted by All India Institue of Medical Sciences. I used it and it cured me of the problem. Of course  the diet as suggested is also an important factor.

Dear Mr. Somu,

Constipation is caused by many reasons due to dietary conditions and physiological reasons. Include large quantities of leafy vegetables like cheera (amaranth) in the diet. Fruits like plantain (palayamkodan, is the best) will also will help formation of bulk in the excreta. Drink water in plenty and in the night before going to bed, drink a glass of warm water containing 1 tsp of Thribhala powder available in Ayurvedic Medical shops..

Try this, and sure, it will work.

Dear group members

I got constipation issue for last 3 years i was taking herbal powder (kadukai powder) for free motion.

Now i can see a small ball like substance in the anus there got pain also. Advice me the medication, i dont want to go for surgery. Thanks in advance.
