You stop all the medicines and take the following
TRIPHALA CHURNA POWDER - 2 tea spoonful at bed time daily 2 to 3 Tea spoonful - ABHAYARISHTA after meals - afternoon and night.Avoid too much chilly and fried food. Completely avoid green chilly.

I got constipation issue for last 3 years i was taking herbal powder (kadukai powder) for free motion.
Now i can see a small ball like substance in the anus there got pain also.Advice me the medication, i dont want to go for surgery.
