Emotional organ donation short film 1:34' goes viral - and reveals why dogs really are a man's best friend

A short film shows a day in the life of a man whose dog is his best friend, and hardly ever leaves his side.
One night as the man is watching television with his dog, he gets a pain in his head (left) and is rushed to hospital (right).
The dog runs after the ambulance and tries to follow his owner as he is taken into A&E (left), but is shooed away. He waits outside the hospital for days (right) even when it rains.
Finally, a young woman emerges from hospital and the dog jumps up excitedly. The man has died but donated his organs and she has received one, so the dog recognises her smell.
The advert, created for the Argentina Foundation for Liver Transplants, reads 'Become an organ donor'.
