Tyre Theft and Cops Chasing Caught on Camera
Two men stealing the tyres by parking their car beside the victim car was noticed by the Police and stopped but the thieves fled the spot after hitting the police bikes. The whole scene was captured on the camera and later used to identify the men involved.
