If A1 and B1 are the cell address having text to combine them use '=A1&B1' if you want ',' or space use 'A1"," &B1' or 'A1"  " &B1'

Another Method is as follows

YOU CAN APPLY THE FOLLOWING FORMULA FOR NUMBERS ALSO.
