I love Mornings and I hope most of you love Mornings too, especially early Mornings or the Brahma mahurat (45-90 mins before sunrise) as we say. I love few morning mantras which are quite Divine if meditated upon their actual meaning because chanting without understanding their meaning does not give us that connected feeling which we crave for with God. I will mention few of them along with their meaning. These are chanted daily by a lot of traditional Vedic pundits. Will start with the ever Divine Gayatri mantra. It was traditionally given from the Guru Master to his disciple, while standing mid stream. Look at the darkness. Visualize the Sun rising and offer water to the Sun
To the Divine Goddess Gayatri
" ॐ भूर्भुवः॒ स्वः ।तत्स॑वितुर्वरे॑ण्यं ।भ॒र्गो॑ दे॒वस्य॑ धीमहि। ।धियो॒ यो नः॑ प्रचो॒दया॑त्॥ ।" Meaning: (Aum) Supreme Lord (Bhur) Protector of the Earth, the material sheath. Life breath of the Universe from the feet to the navel center (Bhuvah) One of the meanings is the Sky. The lord who pervades and eliminates all miseries. From the navel to the throat center. (Svahah) One of the meaning is Heaven. He is all bliss and blesses his devotees with happiness. From above the throat center to the thousand petaled lotus (Tat-that) That You are (Savitur) The Sun, Creator, Preserver and Self-luminous, the central mantra of solar science (Varenyam) Most fit to be worshipped (Bhargo) The burning splendour of the Sun that dispels ignorance and therefore sorrows and miseries (Devasya) The Deva The God He who is all Bliss (Dheemahi) We meditate upon Him (Dheeyo Yo Na) Who our intelligence and Wisdom (Prachodayat) Inspires.
To the Divine Goddesses Lakshmi, Saraswati and Gauri
This one is to be recited as soon as you wake up without putting your foot down. One has to look at their palms and recite it. " Karaagre vasate Laxmi karamadhye Saraswati karamule sthita Gauri prabhate karadharshanam " Meaning- Lakshmi resides in the tips of the fingers, Saraswati in the middle of the hands/palms and Gauri in the roots of the palms near your wrist. We start our day by looking at the three Divine Goddesses.

Mornings are the best gifts from God
9
Mornings are given as a new beginning for all. Mornings give us a sacred time to think on our past and reflect on it so that we can change our present to get our desired future. Mornings are a way of God to tell us that we have been given one more day to get closer to Him. The darkness around us and also inside us can be destroyed by the rays of Knowledge coming from the Sun God. Indeed Mornings are silent, contemplative, encourages us to sit silent and think about God and meditate on him. Above all, Mornings are free, so just grab it because who knows how many Mornings we are left with in our life
