Mangaluru: He Came, He Climbed, He Conquered! Kothi Raj Successfully Scales 300ft 'Inland Windsor' in 15 Mins
Mangaluru: "Monkey King of India", Jyothi Raj dearly called as Kothi Raj, climbed to the top of City's 300ft high Skyscraper Inland Windsor at Padavinangadi here on December 7.
After a trial climb, Jyothi Raj personally thanked Chairman and Managing Director Siraj Ahmed for allowing him to scale the building. Hundreds of people gathered in and around the Skyscraper to watch Kothi Raju do hisacrobat.For safety purpose, the CMD and the building officials requested Kothi Raju to secure himself with a rope. Kothi Raju climbed the first 19 floors with the support of the rope but from 20th floor onwards he reached the top of the building without any equipment or materials like his original style, and reaching the top he hoisted the Karnataka flag.
