The Friday the 13th of any month is popularly regarded as a day of bad luck .

The number 13 is considered unlucky. In numerology the number 12 is considered full of something, such as: 12 months in the year, 12 tribes of Israel, 12 apostles of Jesus, or 12 constellations of the Zodiac. Now, 13 is considered an irregular number, sign of misfortune. The Friday was the day that Jesus was crucified and is also considered an unlucky day. Adding the weekday Gambling (Friday) with the unlucky number (13) has become the most unlucky of days.
