ഹൈദരാബാദ്/സെക്കന്തരാബാദ്: ബംഗാള്‍ ഉള്‍ക്കടലില്‍ രൂപംകൊണ്ട ന്യൂനമര്‍ദത്തെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് ആന്ധ്രയിലും ഒഡിഷയിലും അഞ്ചുദിവസമായി തുടരുന്ന കനത്തമഴയില്‍ മരണം 23 അയി. ആന്ധ്രയില്‍ 17 പേരും ഒഡിഷയില്‍ ആറു പേരുമാണ് മരിച്ചത്.

ആന്ധ്രയില്‍ വെള്ളംമുങ്ങിയ പ്രദേശങ്ങളില്‍ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട 70000 പേരെ സുരക്ഷിതസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിപ്പാര്‍പ്പിച്ചു. മഴക്കെടുതി കൂടുതല്‍ ശ്രീകാകുളം ജില്ലയിലാണ്. തീരദേശജില്ലകളില്‍ 135 ദുരിതാശ്വാസക്യാമ്പുകള്‍ തുറന്നു. നാലരലക്ഷം ഹെക്ടറിലെ കൃഷി നശിച്ചു. 4000ത്തോളം വീടുകള്‍ തകര്‍ന്നു. പലയിടത്തും മലയിടിഞ്ഞു. 117 ജലസംഭരണികള്‍ തകര്‍ന്നു.

മഴ റോഡ്, റെയില്‍ ഗതാഗതത്തേയും ബാധിച്ചു. ദക്ഷിണമധ്യറെയില്‍വേ തീവണ്ടികളുടെ വേഗം കുറച്ചു. ചില തീവണ്ടികള്‍ വഴിമാറ്റിവിട്ടു. ഹൈദരാബാദില്‍നിന്ന് ഒഡിഷയിലേക്കുള്ള റൂട്ടുകളിലെ 11 തീവണ്ടികള്‍ റദ്ദാക്കി. സുരക്ഷാപ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ദേശീയദുരന്തനിവാരണസേന രംഗത്തിറങ്ങി. കൃഷ്ണ, ഗോദാവരി, വംശധാര, മൂസി തുടങ്ങിയ നദികള്‍ നിറഞ്ഞൊഴുകുകയാണ്. ഹൈദരാബാദ് നഗരത്തില്‍ റോഡുകളിലും കോളനികളിലും വെള്ളം കയറി.

മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി കിരണ്‍കുമാര്‍ റെഡ്ഡി അടിയന്തരയോഗം വിളിച്ച് സുരക്ഷാനടപടികള്‍ വിലയിരുത്തി. ഗോദാവരി, പ്രകാശം, വിശാഖപട്ടണം ജില്ലകളിലും തെലങ്കാന ജില്ലകളിലും കനത്തമഴ തുടരുകയാണ്. 24 മണിക്കൂറില്‍ കനത്തമഴ തുടരുമെന്നാണ് കാലാവസ്ഥാപ്രവചനം.

ഒഡിഷയില്‍ ഫൈലിന്‍ ചുഴലിക്കാറ്റ് ആഞ്ഞടിച്ച ഗഞ്ജം ജില്ലയിലും മറ്റ് തീരദേശജില്ലകളിലുമാണ് മഴക്കെടുതി കൂടുതല്‍. ജഗദ്‌സിങ്പുര്‍, ഗഞ്ജം ജില്ലകളിലായി കെട്ടിടം തകര്‍ന്നാണ് ആറുപേര്‍ മരിച്ചത്. നാലുപേരെ മഴവെള്ളപ്പാച്ചിലില്‍ കാണാതായി. ജഗദ്‌സിങ്പുരില്‍ മരിച്ചവരില്‍ ഒരു കുടുംബത്തിലെ നാലുപേരും ഉള്‍പ്പെടും. ഇവിടെ താഴ്ന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളെല്ലാം വെള്ളത്തിനടിയിലാണ്.

ഗഞ്ജം, ഗജാപതി, റായ്ഗഢ്, നായ്ഗഢ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ നദികളെല്ലാം കരകവിഞ്ഞൊഴുകുകയാണ്. കെട്ടിടങ്ങള്‍ക്കുമുകളില്‍ അഭയംതേടിയവരെ ഹെലികോപ്ടറില്‍ സുരക്ഷിത സ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലെത്തിക്കുകയാണ്. ഇതുവരെ 85,000 പേരെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തിയതായി അധികൃതര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.

ഒഡിഷയിലെ ഭുവനേശ്വറിലും കട്ടക്കിലും മഴ റോഡ് ഗതാഗതത്തെ ബാധിച്ചു. പാളത്തില്‍ വെള്ളം കയറിയതിനാല്‍ ഖുര്‍ദ റോഡിനും പലാശയ്ക്കുമിടയില്‍ തീവണ്ടിഗതാഗതം തടസ്സപ്പെട്ടു. പല ദീര്‍ഘദൂരതീവണ്ടികളും വഴിതിരിച്ചുവിട്ടു.
