Dr. Abdallah Sabtan/Dr Ali Syed Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Permanent Committee for Academic Promotion King Abdulaziz University Job Title: Executive Secretary (Industrial Engineering/Computer Sciences) Position Type: Full-time Renewable contract Qualifications: Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Sciences Skills and Experience Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient way. 5-10 years experience in management activities Responsibilities Executive secretary has to work under the Chairmanship of the Academic Promotion Committee �� Must be fully aware to respond about the guidelines, policies and procedures of the Academic Promotion Committee (literature will be provided) �� Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. �� Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence �� Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference . Attend telephone calls �� Make preparations for committee meetings �� Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies �� Respond to promotion seeking teaching staff inquiries �� Provide word-processing and secretarial support �� Type confidential documents on a word processing system Required Documents CV with mobile and E-mail contact information A copy of the certificate of qualification (Master's Degree) A copy of the certificates of practical experience and training courses (if any) A copy of the valid identification Respond to following address: Chairman Promotion Committee, P.O.
