Do you know who is a CID or Security Guard in KSA? If we see them will we able to distinguish.
They are in mufti and very few people recognise them. They present themselves in various disguises as Porter, Taxi Driver or ordinary looking man etc. I was in KSA for almost 10 years and it was being said that they were amongst us employees. I at least knew one staff who pretended to know only Arabic. I have observed him keenly and I have seen him converse in fluent English.
I have observed this without his knowledge This person I am referring to was a Shepherd and on Company's Payroll and hardly used to do any worthwhile job. ..
So unless those persons who accompanied the Ruler was known to the shopkeepers one cannot conclusively and positively say there were no security personnel.
