Conmen dupe wife of constable, flee with Rs.3-lakh worth jewellery.
Fake cops have duped many in the city by telling unsuspecting victims that there is a problem in the area and that they should removed their ornaments and keep it in their bag, before diverting their attention and fleeing the scene. On Tuesday night, a cop's wife fell prey to this modus operandi and lost valuable worth Rs.2.7 lakhs to two conmen in the Khar West.
