Request for financial help

Dear all,

In the name of God, I would like to request your kind help for Mr. Devasia, whom doctor has suggested for a Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting for Coronary Artery Disease (Open Heart Surgery). This surgery required huge amount and at this stage Devasi and his family are not financially capable. Presently their main source of income is from tailoring works done by his wife. She has to manage entire family expenses including two small children's from this small income. You may find the attached doctor report here.
