Dear Sirs,

 

Just i need a information. One of our friend left to India on exit from Jeddah. But he had overstayed without iqama renewal and  went to Thareer Jeddah (deportation centre/Jail) they took his finger print then he left. What we want to know that "if we send visa, can he come back to Saudi Arabia within 2 months?

 

 (please note that he went to an agent in Mumbai and explained his situation. The agent told him that there is no problem to go back to KSA) is that true?

 

Please let us know.
