Patriotic fervor, National pride and ardent devotion, the month of Januaryfills the heart of every Indian with all the emotions. We will be celebrating our Republic Day on January 26.It was on this day in 1950, that the constitution, of India came in to force and India finally enjoyed the true spirit of freedom.

Republic Day is an important day for every Indian. It is on this day that the Indian Constitution was adopted. This was the day when our rights and duties were brought to a concrete form. It holds a lot of value in every Indians heart and mind. Indias Constitution was displayed to the world on this day. Many great scholars and freedom fighters have put in their efforts to draft our Constitution.

This day also marks the gratitude that we Indians prosper in a sovereign, secular and democratic soil that stands for the principles of justice, equality, fraternity and liberty; the golden words that form the spirit of our Preamble.

India celebrates its 63rd Republic Day on 26th January. A day for festivities, impressive parades, air displays and patriotic songs. A national holiday on which one feels proud of his nationality, culture and heritage. The entire atmosphere is surcharged with patriotism and heads are held high with pride. A day to make pledges. A day to remember with tears in your eyes the sacrifices made by the great men and women. The surcharged atmosphere lasts throughout the day.

Like all good things it has to end and before you know it, its 27th January and you are transported back to a different world altogether. The hypnotic trance has worn off. The bubble of 26th January has burst. The same set of leaders one saw pledging to lay down their lives for the nation are seen pledging to clear their names of the charges of looting the national treasury. One has come back to the normal world of plunder and looting, a world where the average Indian desperately struggles to meet his existence.

As We are Celebrating our Republic Day its the time to Salute the Martyrs, soldiers and pay our homage to every Citizen of this Country who has contributed in the betterment of our Country in their Own way and this post is dedicated to all the freedom fightersand martyrs, who sacrificed their lives for the country, all the soldiers who died in taj hotel tragedythe honest Civil Servant Yeshwant Sonawane who tried to discharge his duty by fighting the fuel adulteration mafia. In the line of his duty he was burnt alive to death by the mafia on the eve of Republic Day.

This here is the official version of the national song of India the Vande Mataram.Oh! how I wish it had come true. May be it will come true some day.

Vande Mataram!
Sujalam, suphalam, malayaja shitalam,
Shasyashyamalam, Mataram!
Vande Mataram!
Shubhrajyotsna pulakitayaminim,
Phullakusumita drumadala shobhinim,
Suhasinim sumadhura bhashinim,
Sukhadam varadam, Mataram!
Vande Mataram, Vande Mataram!

English Translation

I bow to thee, Mother,
richly-watered, richly-fruited,
cool with the winds of the south,
dark with the crops of the harvests,
The Mother!
Her nights rejoicing in the glory of the moonlight,
her lands clothed beautifully with her trees in flowering bloom,
sweet of laughter, sweet of speech,
The Mother, giver of boons, giver of bliss

Dont forget about patriotic people who sacrificed their lives for our country. Thank them always by developing our country. Think about present conditions of our country. Think about the Best for our country still not yet reached. We live in hopes and enthusiasm but nothing is done pragmatically starting from beggars on road side to dumping garbage Is this our Nation that is to be built? So Friends think about how best we can contribute ourselves to the Nation with out depending on this Government and Politics.
I am sure that day you will be called as an identified Indian.

The patriotic fervor of the people on this day brings the whole country together even in her essential diversity. Every part of the country is represented in occasion, which makes the Republic Day the most popular of all the national holidays of India. On this special day, I'd like to participate and celebrate this national festival with all cheer and enjoyment and I can say that India is my lovely and best best country.

On this special day and always let us rededicate ourselves to the noble principles of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity on which the Republic of India was founded.

Let the glorious legacy of our freedom struggle continue to guide us in the new century. Let our commitment towards the principles of secularism, social justice, egalitarianism and non-violence remain firm as ever.

This is the country of colors and faith in spirituals.
Lets this Republic day reminds us for the work and
life given by our leaders to safe and happy life.

HappyRepublicDay to all my fellow Indians.

SALUTE THE NATION & THE SOLDIERS WITH PROUD

TO BE AN INDIAN.
