Anise |

Cardamom |

To aid digestion, prepare an infusion of one teaspoon of cardamom with 1 cup of boiling water. Soak and drink with a meal. |
Bay Leaves |

To treat dandruff, soak a handful of bay leaves in 1 liter of water - bring to a boil and then remove from heat. Cover the water for 20 minutes until the liquid cools. Pour on the hair and leave for 45 to 60 minutes. Rinse the hair well. |

For relief from nausea, prepare an infusion of 1/2 teaspoon ginger in 1 cup of boiling water. Strain before drinking. Also, chewing fresh ginger can be even more efficient. For alleviating cough and heartburn: Mix 1/2 a teaspoon of ground ginger with one teaspoon of honey. |

Fennel Seeds |

Cloves |

You can also prepare a solution of 1 teaspoon of pepper with 1 cup of water and apply to the affected area. |
Allspice (Also known as: Jamaica pepper, pepper, myrtle pepper, pimenta) |

Celery Seeds |
