[www.keralites.net] MAKE WARTS DISAPPEAR

 Make warts disappear with garlic
Garlic — which has been shown to have antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties — is thought to be an effective home remedy for warts.
Apply a freshly cut garlic clove to the wart, place a bandage over it, and leave the bandage on overnight.
Repeat every night until the wart disappears.

[www.keralites.net] How To Be Safe During Your Trip With Any Kind Of Transport!

How To Be Safe During Your Trip With Any Kind Of Transport!

Car

Safe seats: in the back seat behind the driver and in the middle since this part of the car is least deformed in a front-to-front crash.
Dangerous seats: next to the driver because in an accident they reflexively try to dodge, and the person sitting next to them will be in danger.

Minibus

Safe seats: located against the direction of travel since there are fewer chances of hitting your head on the back of the chair with sudden braking.
Dangerous seats: next to the windows and doors as broken glass can cut you in an accident. As in a car, it's better to avoid seats next to the driver.

Trolley bus

Safe seats: in the right row on the aisle (in case of right-hand driving) since the oncoming transport moves on the left, and there are fewer chances to get hurt. The seats in the middle of the cabin, located with their backs in the direction of travel, are also considered safe.
Dangerous seats: as in minibuses, it's better to avoid seats next to windows and doors in order not to suffer from glass shards.

City bus

Safe seats: rightmost seats in the middle of the cabin, located in the direction of travel, as they're farther than the rest from oncoming traffic.
Dangerous seats: the first two rows of seats as foreign objects and fragments often get in through the huge windshield. The same applies to the places next to the windows and doors. The back row of seats is dangerous in case of a hit from behind.

Train

Safe seats: closer to the middle of the carriage. It's better to choose the 5th or 6th carriage, one closer to the middle of the train, as in a collision the first and last carriages either deform or go off the rails.
Dangerous seats: seats in the direction of travel as there are fewer chances you'll fall down with a sudden braking.

Ship

Safe seats: deck and cabins located closer to it since the upper part of the ship is the last to sink.
Dangerous seats: the lower cabins since in the case of a hole they're flooded from all over, and it's much more difficult to get out.

Plane

Experts still cannot agree in which part of the plane the safest seats are located. Yet most experts say the back of the plane is less dangerous than the first rows at the front.

Yet the most important thing is to stay calm, remember the safety principles, and follow the rules of the road and behavior on public transport. In this case, the probability of getting into an accident will be reduced to a minimum.

[www.keralites.net] Poison on our Plate | Ramanjaneyulu GV | TEDxHyderabad:-

Poison on our Plate | Ramanjaneyulu GV | TEDxHyderabad:-

Is our food safe? A red alert question that Ramanjaneyulu, puts out to all of us. Hear him talk about the quality of food we are eating. Listen to the reasons we need to adapt to organic farming as a results of excessive use of chemical pesticides and horrifying facts and statistics, surrounding them. He alerts us to the damage we are doing to our ecological footprints. In his heart wrenching talk, Ramanjaneyulu, highlights the plight of farmers and the reasons they commit suicide and the many reasons that farmers and farming should not die.

"We are what we eat and plants give us what we feed." He is waging a war against the use of pesticides in agricultural activities and has challenged the traditional methods of farming. Apart from running the Centre for Sustainable Agriculture as the Executive Director, he also runs a small outlet, Sahaja Ahaaram, which stocks pest-free products from farmers. After leaving his full-time government job, Ramanjaneyulu dedicated himself to the benefit of farmers and his campaign, 'India for Safe Food'.

[www.keralites.net] Siddharth Tata - He went to Harvard Business School to help India's farmers [2 Attachments]

He went to Harvard Business School to help India's farmers

Siddharth Tata's Purple Chilli helps vegetable farmers earn an income 365 days a year.

Siddharth Tata

Co-founder and CEO

Shashi is a farmer at heart and nothing excites him more than the company of food and farmers. He is an organic farming expert, enthusiast and borderline obsessive, and spent a part of his life growing all of his own food for a couple of years. He is the co-founder of Akshayakalpa, India's first and largest organic milk company, a brand that is trusted by over 10,000 families in Bengaluru. His second love is engineering, and he often applies its principles to designing and implementing solutions for organic agriculture.

He has a Masters degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology at Chicago and a Bachelors degree from Kalpataru Institute of Technology at Tiptur.

In May 2015, I felt I was ready to be an entrepreneur.

I knew entrepreneurship is all consuming, and I had to be fully ready to plunge into it.

In 2016, I joined hands with Shashi Kumar, who was an experienced entrepreneur in agriculture having been involved in many successful ventures in the past.

He chucked his job as an IT professional to be an organic farmer and lives in a village. He has been growing his own food for quite a few years.

We started Purple Chilli with our own finance and seven members.

Our notion of chilli is green or red, but Shashi has 25 varieties of chillies in his farm and the purple chilli was his favourite one as it is very unique in the way it grows.

All chillies grow with the tip facing the ground, but purple chillies grow with its tip facing the sky.

Locally, it is called Gagan Mukhi. We decided to name our venture Purple Chilli to demonstrate the diversity of food we have.
