Power of Focus!

 

What do you think is the biggest obstacle that people do not get what they desire? - Not enough money? Actually, there's plenty of money. - Not enough time? Actually, all have the time you need. - Not enough motivation? You have to search for it.

 

The biggest obstacle is: DISTRACTIONS. - We live in the age of distraction. Everywhere is Distractions - that take our focus -  our productivity – and that means loss.

 

we are much, much more productive when we focus on ONE thing. If you want to become successful in any area of life – then priority number one is to take control over your distractions. when you focus – You are more creative - more effective - more fulfilled – motivated – and inspired life

 

If you're reading this, I assume you are an ambitious person. You see that there is abundance in this world and understand that you are worthy of having it in your life.

Sometimes your goals are so big that you take no action at all. At that time break those goals into mini-goals. Then focus all your attention on the mini-goal. Something magical will happen. Mini-goals give you the opportunity to reach your big goal.

 

Focus is like a muscle. The more you work it, the stronger it'll get. Now that you understand why focus is so important, take a look at the time what is distractions?  what are the biggest distractions that pull you out of that mode?

 

A 2008 study at The British Institute of Psychiatry showed that checking your email while performing another creative task decreases your IQ at that moment by 10 points. The same is with face book and whatsapp. Yet we willingly put ourselves in a state by distractions while we work! Therefore when you are working, you need to completely immerse yourself in the task at hand. Control those distractions of emails – face book or whatsapp.

 

Say to yourself, "after doing an hour of work, I give permission to myself to respond to emails – face book or whatsapp /surf the web/socialize with co-workers."

 

Disengaging is vitally important because how you spend your free time is just as important as how you spend your working time - That you refresh and energise.  If you have to work long hours, disengaging during free time is even more important.  It's essential for peak performance.

 

 

Okay, now, be honest – getting the benefit of taking time for yourself? you completely get the power of engagement! By getting focus you can get anything. BE SERIOUS.

Stiffness of Tongue and Alzheimer!
 

I am an elderly person. At this old age one experiences many types of illnesses. But the one I worried about most is Alzheimer's.
Not only can I not look after myself but it causes a lot of inconvenience to other members in the family.
One day, my son came home and told me that a doctor friend has taught him an exercise using the tongue. The tongue exercise is effective to reduce the onset of Alzheimer's and is also useful to reduce / improve

*1* Body weight
*2* Hypertension
*3* Blood-Clot in Brain
*4* Asthma
*5* Far-sightedness
*6* Ear buzzing
*7* Throat infection
*8* Shoulder / Neck infection
*9* Insomia

My son showed and taught me the moves which are very simple and easy to learn.
Each morning when you wash your face in front of a mirror, begin with the exercise as below :
*Stick out your tongue and move it to the right then to the left for 10 times.* Since I started exercising my tongue daily -- within a year there was improvement in my brain retention. My mind was clear and fresh and there were improvements too in ....
*1* far sightedness
*2* giddiness
*3* improved wellness
*4* digestion and absorption
*5* flu / cold

All the past problems which I feared has lessened tremendously.
Sicknesses to my body reduced too and I am stronger and more agile.

Tongue exercise helps to control and prevent Alzheimer's .... It has its foundation / base from:
Medical research has found that the tongue has connection with the big brain. When our body becomes old and weak, first sign to appear is our tongue becomes stiff and often we tend to bite ourselves.
Frequently exercising your tongue will stimulate the brain, helps to reduce our thoughts from shrinking and thus achieve a healthier body  💪 💪 👍 👍

Ps. Guess no harm trying as no medication is involved.

The Future of our Children!


What we do now determines the future of our children. If we fill our country with concrete jungles, factories, tax on fake incomes, the neta heritage where truck loads of stolen currency foists the brats of thieves as leaders, the binami titled properties, dead rivers, dead forests, poisonous air, hypocrisy as the spiritual discourse by oxymorons, the D vitamin starving classrooms by fake educationists...,then we will make our children into horrible oxymorons---Hydes hiding as Jekylls. Sabotage becomes discourse, as the paradigm of human relations.

The fight for our children's future, now has started with demonitization.We do not find the children of BJP Netas as the prince or princess in the wings, with their own recruitment of chemchas and sycophants. The focus has turned on missions, no longer on power struggles, party changes...

As it is the thieves are concerned about making the truck loads of Rs500 and 1000 notes into white, in saving the lands and properties held in binami names..., may be in saving the monies held in foreign banks, in case the RBI devises steps.

If the goonda hierarchy of gully don, the next don, the next and next, becoming MLAs,MPs,Ministers,Chief Ministers, their brats as prince and princess,ends,then sanity may dawn and our environment too can be saved. If the demonetization ends the black economy, then there will be no need to conceal the black money in lands,consructions etc.There will be no land,river,forest grabbing, no illegal sand mining, no poaching, no education racketeering...,as all of them need, places to conceal the black loot. Above all we leave to our children, clean air, forests, rivers,flora and fauna...and as a result we leave them a land of music and songs and dances, not the neurotic urban hells with everyone hurrying for some urgent work and marching towards diabetes,BP,neurosis,even cancers...

During the last two and half years there is not one scam. Compare it to the previous regime, when there was new scam every other day.

But still the news that as a part of strengthening the banking, as banks will be assigned a key role in the objective of the cashless economy, that interest on fixed deposits will be excluded from the list of taxable incomes is awaited.

New currency and the Common man!

Many people say that this move by Modi government is affecting the common man more than the one who has hoarded black money. They say, this should have been done without affecting the common man.

But the common man is part of the system that created black money.

1. Common man is the one who goes and gets his groceries from a retail shop for cheaper price, knowing that the retail shop hardly pays any tax at all.

2. Common man is the one who prepares fake rental agreements and shows it as proof for HRA.

3. Common man is the one who pays bribe (through black money) to a government official, just to make out work easier.

4. Common man is the one who accepted Rs. 500/1000 (Black money) from both political parties that are contesting elections.

5. Common man is the one who purchases a product without bill, to save money (thereby creating black money)

6. Common man is the one gives maamool (black money) to the police for keeping their illegal shops.

7. Common man is the one who offers bribe (black money) to the police for drunk and drive, not wearing a helmet, etc. instead of paying heavy fines at the court.

8. Common man is the one who saves money little by little and purchases property and registers for under market value to save money (thereby creating black money)

9. Common man is the one who gives donation (Black money) to a private school who won't give a bill.

10. Common man is the one who doesn't even understand that he is entitled to far more privileges than he/she is currently receiving, which is drastically reduced to corruption/black money.

11. Common man is the one who complains about the corrupt system but doesn't take any steps to correct the system, but instead keeps on playing the blame game.

12. Common man is the one who is complaining now that this Bold step is causing inconvenience to them.

13. Common man is the one who justifies all these acts saying politicians are corrupt, so we can be corrupt too.

So I am asking how can one cleanup a system that you and me (Common Man) are an integral part of?

So to the common man of India, my message is

"Bear the pain now and reap the gain in the future!"
