One day a professor entered the classroom and asked his students to prepare for a surprise test. They waited anxiously at their desks for the test to begin. The professor handed out the question paper with the text facing down as usual. Once he handed them all out, he asked his students to turn the page and begin. To everyone's surprise, there were no questions....just a black dot in the center of the page. The professor seeing the expression on everyone's face, told them the following:

"I want you to write what you see there."

The students

were

confused,

but

got started on the inexplicable task.

At the end of the class, the professor took all the answer papers and started reading each one of them aloud in front of all the students. All of them with no exceptions, described the black dot, trying to explain its position in the middle of the sheet, etc. etc. etc. After all had been read, the classroom silent, the professor began to explain:

"I am not going to grade on you this, I just wanted to give you something to think about. No one wrote about the white part of the paper. Everyone focused on the black dot - and the same happens in our lives. We have a white paper to observe and enjoy but we always focus on the dark spots. Our life is a gift given to us by God with love and care and we always have reasons to celebrate - nature renewing itself everyday, our friends around us, the job that provides our livelihood, the miracles we see everyday.......

However we insist on focusing only on the dark spots - the health issues that bother us, the lack of money, the complicated relationship with a family member, the disappointment with a friend, and so on.......

The dark spots are very small compared to everything we have in our lives but they are the ones that pollute our minds.

Take your eyes away from the black spots in your life. Enjoy each one of your blessings, each moment that life gives you.

*Good news for the elderly.

I am an elderly person. At this old age one do experienced many types of illnesses. But the one I worried most is Alzheimer's.

Not only I cannot look after myself but it causes a lot of inconveinences to other members in my family.

One day, my child came home and told me that a doctor friend has taught him an exercise using the tongue. The tongue exercise is effective to reduce the onset of Alzheimer's and is also useful to reduce / improve

*1* Body weight
*2* Hypertension
*3* Blood-Clot in Brain
*4* Asthma
*5* Far-sightedness
*6* Ear buzzing
*7* Throat infection
*8* Shoulder / Neck infection
*9* Insomia

My child showed and taught me the moves which are very simple and easy to learn.

Each morning when you wash your face infront of a mirror, begin with the exercise as below :

*Stick out your tongue and move it to the right then to the left for 10 times*

Only that since I started exercising my tongue daily and within a year there was improvement in my brain retention. My mind was clear and fresh and there were improvements too ....

*1* far sightedness
*2* giddiness
*3* improve wellness
*4* digestion and absorption
*5* flu / cold

All the past problems which I feared has lessened tremendously.

Sicknesses to my body reduced too and I am stronger and more agile.

*Notes*

Tongue exercise helps to control and prevent Alzheimer's .... It has its foundation / base from:

Medical research has found that the tongue has connection with the big brain. When our body becomes old and weak, first sign to appear is our tongue becomes stiff and often we tend to bite ourselves.

Frequently exercising your tongue will stimulate the brain, helps to reduce our thoughts from shrinking and thus achieve a healthier body 💪💪👍👍

[www.keralites.net] SIGNIFICANCE OF FORM OF KRISHNA

DEAR ALL,

If we look at the form of Krishna, we are enthralled by His beauty and Grace, but there are many secrets to Lord Krishna's appearance !

He is called as"Neela Megha Shyama". First off, He is always pictured blue, this doesn't mean that He was blue in colour.Blue is the colour of the sky and signifies that like the sky which has vastness and infinity, Krishna was also vastness and infinity personified.

Shree Krishna's holds peacock feather particularly on his crown. The first reason is the belief that, the peacock is the only creature in nature that observes complete chastity in life. When he is happy, he dances with his wings and his eyes are filled with tears, Peahen drink these tears & conceives.Peacock does not have, even a tinge of lust in his heart.

Secondly a king is responsible for the whole society and that responsibility can become a burden, which sits on the head as the crown. Though Krishna is the Master of the entire universe, he takes his immense responsibility with the lightness of a feather!

Krishna, the youthful and delightful flute-player: as Murali-Manohar" the handsome one with a flute" he is often depicted standing beneath a sacred Kadamba tree, with his flute to his lips, his leg crossed in a graceful pose, a garland of flowers round his neck, a milk cow at his side affectionately licks his foot. He is usually depicted standing on one foot, the other a little lifted, as if dancing. One foot on the ground shows complete groundedness, firmly in the material world in which he lived a very full life, yet the other foot off the ground showed his spiritual side, his mysticism, his depth that no one really knew Him or could even know Him.

Through life Radha is his most beloved among all the gopis, but even she is jealous of his flute, coz the flute always stays with him. The flute has seven holes. Enchanting, captivating, bliss inducing music can be played from a flute only if it is hollow and empty.Lord Krishna used to call his spiritual companion Radha by playing the Flute and especially the tune which Radha only understood perfectly.

Interestingly, Krishna is also known as Askalitha (Nitya) brahmachari. This was proved in Mahabharata when he protected King Parikshith in his mother's womb from Ashwatthama's astra."Many great souls have taken birth on this earth. But Sri Krishna was a master and guide for all times, places and people,". The words and actions of many mahatmas only influenced one country or were relevant only at a particular point in time or to one particular section of society. But Sri Krishna's life and teachings are not like that. They transcend time and space."Krishna is said to be the completeness of beauty itself," but that beauty is not just the beauty of an individual; it's the compounded beauty of the entire universe."

[www.keralites.net] STANDING BEHIND OR IN FRONT OF TROOPS

Sir, add to the list, visits by Pappu & Kejriwal's announcement of RS One crores package for the terrorist.

FWD AS RECEIVED ON WHATSAPP T SEWA 12121

You Can Not Stand Behind Our Troops,

Please Feel Free To Stand In Front Of Them!

A 19 year old ex-cheerleader (now an Canadian Air Force Security Forces Sniper) was watching a road that led to a NATO military base when she observed a man digging by the road. She engaged the target, ie, she shot him.

It turned out he was a bomb maker for the Taliban, and he was burying an IED that was to be detonated when a Canadian patrol walked by 30 minutes later. It would have certainly killed and wounded several soldiers.

The interesting fact of this story is the shot was measured at 725 yards! She shot him as he was bent over burying the bomb. The shot went through his butt and into the bomb, which detonated; he was blown to pieces.

The Canadian Air Force made a motivational poster of her!

Folks, that's a shot 25 yards longer than seven football fields!

And the last thing that came out of his mouth was his ass!

That is Canada!!

If that had happened in India, the following would be the aftermath.

1. J&K state declares hartal and violent demonstrations follow.

2. Civil Right Groups demand an enquiry.

3. Teesta Setalwad says the man was just answering nature's call and files a case against Modi accusing him of ordering the fire.

4. Late Hussain would have drawn a bare butt to honour the slain victim. "The Hindu" would have hailed Hussain's freedom and artistry.

5. Barhka Dutt, Rajdeep Sardesai, Pronnoy Roy et al will debate for a week if it was correct to fire at the butt.

6. The Airforce sniper faces departmental enquiry and suspension.

7. Manmohan loses a night's sleep and declares a compensation of Rs. 10 lacs to the victim'sfamily!!

If You Can Not Stand Behind Our Troops,

Please Feel Free To Stand In Front Of Them!
