Once of the MNC have the opening in Inside Sales job. the details are as below:
Position Purpose:
· To provide the necessary Inside Sales support functions (sales quoting, coordination and reporting) and other duties as assigned.
Dimensions:
· Inside Sales territories or projects as assigned
Principal Accountabilities:
· Coordinates price quotes with the inside sales team and/or field sales team, pricing department and product managers through the online quoting tool.
o Project Quotes
o Configurable Product Quotes
· Enters, tracks, and follows up on sample requests, Marketing / Technical literature requests via web portal
· Provides sales leads to product managers and field sales team members.
· Enters return material authorizations, replacement orders, shortages, incorrect shipment orders and obtains proper signature authorization for RMA processing.
· Creates and distributes various reports from SAP, Business Warehouse or internal online tools
o Win/Loss Tracking Reports, SPA Volume Reports, Online quoting reports
· Coordinates Arc Flash Service Quotes (via Microsoft Excel) working directly with vendors for quotations
Performs other functions as directed or requested
Nature & Scope:
· Interface directly with the Inside Sales team
· Respond to inquiries from customers, field sales team and Strategic Accounts agents regarding all "pre-order" through to completion of shipment of assigned orders
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
