IT IS HIGH TIME THAT ALL HINDUS REMIND THEMSELVES OF WHAT PRESENT CONGRESS AND SONIA GANDHI ARE ABOUT. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL ANIMOSITY WITH THEM BUT I AM JUST PRESENTING THE FACTS TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY.
Most of the Hindus in India do not realize that, but for Modi Ji's win in 2014, they came within inches of being totally tramped into the ground, in ways much worse than in Aurangzeb times by Congress and a committee headed by Sonia Gandhi, all of whose members hated Hindus.
This was also their attempt to keep in power forever, assuming that Hindus will always be divided, so they were trying to please their voting blocks using Hindus as a fodder.
For many years, Sonia Gandhi and the Congress were drafting a bill (mislabeled innocent looking "Communal Violence Bill"), that would have made the Hindus the most horribly tortured slaves.
The reason people do not know this is because Congress wanted to present the bill in 2013 winter session but, fortunately, because of opposition from BJP and some other parties, Congress ran out of time. So, people did not see the bill and do not know about it. Also, fortunately, Modi Ji and BJP won and this went out of radar but it is still in the veins of Congress and IT IS OUR SACRED DUTY TO NEVER LET THE ELECTORATE FORGET.
• For a detailed analysis of the bill, please see our white paper on the subject at the Dropbox link at the end. This was posted on the official BJP site in 2013. I heard that parts of it were used in the Parliament discussions against this bill but I have no official confirmation.
• ALTHOUGH THE ACTUAL BILL IS FAR WORSE, SOME PROVISIONS ARE LISTED BELOW:
The bill would have been effective going all the way back to 1950. Very conveniently, the bill was not applicable in J&K as Hindus are minority there and would have benefitted.• Whenever, there are riots, it will be presumed that these are started by Hindus regardless of who started it. Only Hindus will be jailed with non-bailable warrants.
Any one from Muslim, Christian or SC/ST group can bring a charge against any Hindu—without evidence and without revealing his or her identity.
• The accused Hindu shall have to be immediately arrested as all offences under this bill are non- bailable and cognizable.
• This law can be invoked only by a minority against Hindus.
• The accused Hindu shall not be informed as to who has complained against him but the police have to inform the complainant about the progress of the case.
• A minority is not required to give any evidence to support his complaints against Hindus.
. Within a month, the property of the Hindu will be seized and given to complainant.
. A minority cannot be punished for making even false complaints/ statements against Hindus.
• A Hindu refusing to do business with any minority shall be immediately arrested [Sec 3 (f) (i)]. Taking advantage of such anti – Hindu laws, a minority can force a Hindu to sell /rent his property and even surrender his daughters to minorities.
• The occurrence of organized communal and targeted violence under this act shall amount to an internal disturbance in a state within the meaning of Article 355 entitling the central government to impose President's Rule. Easy way for Muslims/Christians or SC/ST, to have a state government, they do not like, dissolved.
• Hate propaganda is an offence against minority community and not otherwise.
