സരിത മൊഴി മാറ്റിയതിന്‌ അഞ്ചു കാരണങ്ങള്‍ !

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: രാഷ്‌ട്രീയ-ഉദ്യോഗസ്‌ഥ തലങ്ങളില്‍ ഏറെ പരിഭ്രാന്തി സൃഷ്‌ടിക്കുമെന്നു കരുതിയിരുന്ന സരിതയുടെ രഹസ്യമൊഴി ഒന്നുമല്ലാതായതിനു പിന്നില്‍ അതിവിദഗ്‌ധമായ ഗൂഢാലോചനയെന്ന്‌ ആരോപണമുയര്‍ന്നു. സോളാര്‍ തട്ടിപ്പിലെ മുഖ്യ പ്രതി സരിതാ എസ്‌. നായരെ പോലീസ്‌ കസ്‌റ്റഡിയില്‍വാങ്ങുമ്പോള്‍ത്തന്നെ ഗൂഢാലോചനയ്‌ക്കു കളമൊരുങ്ങിയിരുന്നുവെന്നും പ്രത്യേക അന്വേഷണ സംഘത്തിലെ ചിലരും പോലീസ്‌ ഉന്നതരും ചേര്‍ന്നാണ്‌ നാടകീയമായ അട്ടിമറിക്കു ചുക്കാന്‍ പിടിച്ചതെന്നുമാണ്‌ ആരോപണം.

നിയമപരമായാണു ജയിലില്‍ രഹസ്യമൊഴി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയതെന്നു പറയുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും ബാഹ്യ ഇടപെടലുകളില്‍ സരിതയ്‌ക്കു വഴങ്ങേണ്ടിവന്നുവെന്നാണു പറയപ്പെടുന്നത്‌. ചെയ്യാത്ത കുറ്റങ്ങള്‍ ചുമത്തുമെന്നും അതികഠിനമായ മാനഹാനിക്കു വിധേയമാക്കുമെന്നും ജീവിതകാലം മുഴുവന്‍ അനുഭവിച്ചാല്‍ തീരാത്ത പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളുണ്ടാക്കുമെന്നും ഉന്നത വ്യക്‌തികള്‍ സരിതയെ ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തിയത്രെ. ഇതിന്റെ പരിസമാപ്‌തിയാണു ബോംബാകുമെന്ന്‌ കരുതപ്പെട്ട രഹസ്യമൊഴി നനഞ്ഞ പടക്കം പോലുമാകാതെ പോയത്‌. സരിതയ്‌ക്കുമേല്‍ ഏതുരീതിയില്‍ ആരൊക്കെ സമ്മര്‍ദം ചെലുത്തിയെന്നത്‌ ഇപ്പോഴും അവ്യക്‌തമാണ്‌. ഫെനിയോട്‌ വക്കാലത്തൊഴിയാന്‍ സരിത ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതും ഉന്നത നിര്‍ദേശമനുസരിച്ചായിരുന്നുവെന്നാണ്‌ സൂചന.

ഇന്നലെ പുലര്‍ച്ചെതന്നെ സരിത രഹസ്യമൊഴി തയാറാക്കി. 5.45 ന്‌ ജയില്‍ സൂപ്രണ്ടിനു മൊഴി കൈമാറി. മൂന്നര പേജുളള മൊഴി കവറിലാക്കി സീല്‍ ചെയ്യാന്‍ സൂപ്രണ്ട്‌ സരിതയോട്‌ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.

മൊഴി കൈയില്‍കിട്ടിയ ഉടന്‍തന്നെ സൂപ്രണ്ട്‌ ജയില്‍ ഡി.ജി.പിയെ വിവരമറിയിച്ചു. തുടര്‍ന്ന്‌ പോലീസ്‌ അകമ്പടിയോടെ ജയില്‍ സൂപ്രണ്ട്‌ എറണാകുളം കോടതിയിലെത്തി മൊഴി കൈമാറുകയായിരുന്നു.

സരിതയുടെ രഹസ്യമൊഴി സ്‌തോഭജനകമായ അന്തരീക്ഷം സൃഷ്‌ടിക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നതിനുവേണ്ടി പോലീസ്‌ പ്രയോഗിച്ച സമ്മര്‍ദതന്ത്രങ്ങള്‍ ഇവയാണെന്നാണ്‌ സൂചന:

1, വഴങ്ങിയില്ലെങ്കില്‍ അഭിസാരികയെന്നു മുദ്രകുത്തും.

2, അമ്മയെയും കേസില്‍ പ്രതിയാക്കും.

3, ഇല്ലാത്ത പദ്ധതിയുടെ പേരില്‍ മന്ത്രിമാരെയും എം.എല്‍.എമാരെയും വശീകരിച്ച്‌ പാട്ടിലാക്കിയ ശേഷം ബ്ലാക്ക്‌മെയില്‍ ചെയ്‌തു കോടികള്‍ തട്ടാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചതിന്‌ ജാമ്യമില്ലാവകുപ്പുകള്‍ പ്രകാരം കേസെടുക്കും.

4, ബിജു രാധാകൃഷ്‌ണനുമായുള്ള സുഹൃദ്‌ബന്ധമുള്ള നടി ശാലുമേനോനെ വിഷംകൊടുത്തു കൊലപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചുവെന്നു വരുത്തിതീര്‍ക്കും. ഇതിനനുകൂലമായ മൊഴി നല്‍കാന്‍ ശാലു തയാറാണെന്നും അറിയിച്ചു. (ഇതിനുമുന്നോടിയായി ശാലുമേനോന്‍ നിരപരാധിയാണെന്നും തട്ടിപ്പില്‍ പങ്കില്ലെന്നുമുളള മട്ടില്‍ ബിജു അയച്ച കത്ത്‌ സരിതയെ കാണിച്ചിരുന്നു)

5, രണ്ടാമത്തെ കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ പിതൃത്വം ചോദ്യചെയ്യപ്പെടാനുളള സാഹചര്യമൊരുക്കും.

ഈ ഭീഷണികളുടെ അടിസ്‌ഥാനത്തിലാണ്‌ തീരെ ദുര്‍ബലവും ബാലിശവുമായ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ടുളള മൊഴി സരിത കോടതിക്ക്‌ കൈമാറിയതെന്ന്‌ സൂചനയുണ്ട്‌. ജീവനു ഭീഷണി, ഉന്നതര്‍ക്ക്‌ പങ്കില്ല, കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങള്‍ക്കു സംരക്ഷണം, കബളിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവര്‍ക്ക്‌ പണം മടക്കിനല്‍കും എന്നിങ്ങനെയുളള കാര്യങ്ങളാണ്‌ സരിത മൊഴിയില്‍ ഉന്നയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്‌. 33 കേസുകള്‍ ചുമത്തപ്പെട്ട്‌ ജയിലിലടയ്‌ക്കപ്പെട്ട സരിതയുടെ മാനസികാവസ്‌ഥ സമര്‍ത്ഥമായി ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യുന്നതില്‍ ഉന്നതര്‍ വിജയിച്ചൂവെന്നതാണ്‌ ഇന്നലെ പുറത്തുവന്ന മൊഴി സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്‌.

Sometimes, in a partnership, the final result can be less than the sum of its parts, but it becomes really hard to get it wrong when the partners are the worldwide-renowned maison Kenzo and the magazine Toilet Paper, the arts publication created by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari.

The images of the 2013 Fall/Winter campaign stand out for their brilliance and suggestive power. Commissioned by Kenzo creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon, the photographs taken by Pierpaolo Ferrari are bound to make you stop and look twice at their captivating colours and quirky visual ideas.
