Wt is the problem then ?

You know wt is the salary of a deputy manager in a pvt average firm ? 
The salary medical allowance/retirement benefits/petrol allowance are more than this. and equel to a gazetted officer in govt service

Here the mp is represting at least a 20 lakh people, minimum this expenses. Only problem some of the people not doing his job well.

Daily Allowance: Rs. 2,000/- per day when the MP attends parliament sessions

An MP is allowed 34 free air journeys in a year with his/her spouse or any number of companions or relatives. 
The spouse/companion can travel alone eight times in a year to meet the member.
By just showing the Identity Card, he/she can travel at any time by any railway in India in first class air-conditioned or executive class. While travelling outside of India, the MP is given free First Class air/rail tickets....more 

3.    3. The House and Telephone 
An MP is entitled to have three telephones without payment of installation and rental charges
While in office a Member is allotted a flat without having to pay the licence fee. He/She also gets 50,000 units of electricity and 4,000 KL of water per year.

4.    4. The Medical Facilities 
Under the Central Government Health Scheme, the MP and his/her family gets free medical treatment on a monthly contribution of Rs. 500/-.

5.    5. The Constituency Allowance
Every MP gets Rs 45,000 as their Constituency Allowance.

6.    6. The Office Expense Allowance
Every month, Rs 45,000 is allotted to an MP, of which 15,000 is meant for stationery and the rest is for secretarial assistance.

7.    7. The pension
If a person has served as an MP, he/she is entitled to Rs 20,000 per month as pension. If the person has served for more than five years, then he/she gets an additional 1,500/- per month.

'അഗ്‌നിപുത്രി'യെന്നു മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ടെസി തോമസ് ഡി.ആര്‍.ഡി.ഒ.യിലെത്തിയിട്ട് രണ്ടു പതിറ്റാണ്ടാകുന്നു. തൃശ്ശൂര്‍ എന്‍ജിനീയറിങ് കോളേജിലെ ബി.ടെക്. പഠനകാലത്ത് മിസൈല്‍ സാങ്കതികവിദ്യയിലും റഡാറുകളിലുമുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഭ്രമമാണ് ടെസ്സിയെ ഇവിടെയെത്തിച്ചത്. പിന്നെ വിശ്രമമില്ലാത്ത കാലമായിരുന്നു. ഇതിനിടെ സാധാരണ ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞയില്‍നിന്ന് രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ അഭിമാനമായ 'അഗ്‌നി' മിസൈല്‍ പദ്ധതിയുടെ പ്രോജക്ട് മേധാവി എന്നനിലയിലേക്ക് ഡോ. ടെസി വളര്‍ന്നു.

2006 ജൂലായില്‍ 'അഗ്‌നി-മൂന്ന്' മിസൈല്‍ വിക്ഷേപിച്ച് 75 സെക്കന്‍ഡിനുള്ളില്‍ നിയന്ത്രണം വിട്ടുപോയതായിരുന്നു ടെസി തോമസിന്റെ പ്രൊഫഷണല്‍ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ നിര്‍ണായകഘട്ടം. പത്തു മാസത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ വീണ്ടും വിക്ഷേപണം നടത്തിയ മിസൈല്‍ 16 മിനിറ്റുകൊണ്ടു ലക്ഷ്യസ്ഥാനത്തെത്തി. റസൂലിന്റെ നിര്‍ദേശം കേട്ടപ്പോള്‍, ഉടന്‍ ആ ഉമ്മ തിരുനബിയുടെ അരികിലെത്തി. റസൂല്‍ അവരെ ആദരവോടെ സ്വീകരിച്ചിരുത്തി. അല്‍ഖമയുടെ പെരുമാറ്റത്തെക്കുറിച്ച്‌ അന്വേഷിച്ചു. ആ വൃദ്ധമാതാവ്‌ പറഞ്ഞു:

``എന്റെ മകന്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ കല്‍പനകള്‍ അനുസരിച്ച്‌ ജീവിക്കുന്നവനാണ്‌, റസൂലേ! എന്നാല്‍ എന്നോടുള്ള പെരുമാറ്റം നല്ല രീതിയിലല്ല. അതിനാല്‍ എനിക്കവനോട്‌ ചെറിയ വെറുപ്പുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പലപ്പോഴും അവന്റെ ഭാര്യയുടെ മുമ്പില്‍ വെച്ച്‌ എന്നോട്‌ കയര്‍ത്തിരുന്നു.'' തിരുനബി പറഞ്ഞു: ``അതെ, അതുതന്നെയാണ്‌ അല്‍ഖമയ്‌ക്ക്‌ കലിമ ചൊല്ലാന്‍ കഴിയാത്തത്‌.'' തുടര്‍ന്ന്‌, അല്‍ഖമയെ തീയില്‍ ചുട്ടെരിക്കാന്‍ ബിലാലിനോട്‌ റസൂല്‍ കല്‍പിച്ചു. ``അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ദൂതരേ, അതുവേണ്ട. എനിക്കത്‌ സഹിക്കാനാവില്ല റസൂലേ'' -ആ ഉമ്മ കരഞ്ഞു പറഞ്ഞു. ``അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ശിക്ഷ ഇതിലേറെ കഠിനമാണ്‌. നിങ്ങളവന്‌ മാപ്പുനല്‍കിയാല്‍ അവന്‍ രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു. ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ അവന്റെ നമസ്‌കാരവും നോമ്പും സല്‍ക്കര്‍മങ്ങളുമെല്ലാം നഷ്‌ടത്തിലാകും''

അവര്‍ മകന്‌ മാപ്പുനല്‍കി; ഉമ്മയല്ലേ! തിരുനബി(സ) ബിലാലിനെ വീണ്ടും അല്‍ഖമയുടെ അടുത്തേക്കയച്ചു. ബിലാല്‍ എത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ വ്യക്തമായി കലിമ ചൊല്ലുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ആ വിശുദ്ധ വചനങ്ങള്‍ ചൊല്ലിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ, അല്‍ഖമ ഇഹലോകത്തോട്‌ യാത്ര പറഞ്ഞു. തിരുനബി(സ) തന്നെയായിരുന്നു മയ്യിത്ത്‌ നമസ്‌കാരത്തിന്‌ നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കിയത്‌.
ഉമ്മയോളം വരില്ല മറ്റൊന്നും എന്നതാണ്‌ ഈ ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള പാഠം. പരിഗണനയില്‍ പ്രധാനം ഉമ്മയ്‌ക്കാണ്‌. പ്രായമേറും തോറും പരിഗണന വര്‍ധിക്കണം. ഉമ്മയും ഉപ്പയും നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിന്‌ അലങ്കാരമാണ്‌. അവരുടെ സഹവാസം മഹാഭാഗ്യമാണ്‌. അവരുടെ പ്രാര്‍ഥനകള്‍ നമുക്ക്‌ കാവലാണ്‌. ആ കൈത്തലങ്ങള്‍ ആശ്വാസത്തിന്റെ മേഘവര്‍ഷമാണ്‌. അവര്‍ കൂട്ടിനുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അതിലേറെ വലിയ സമ്പത്തില്ല. അവരുടെ സന്തോഷത്തേക്കാള്‍ മികച്ച ലക്ഷ്യമില്ല. അവര്‍ക്കായുള്ള പ്രാര്‍ഥനയേക്കാള്‍ ഉന്നതമായ പ്രത്യുപകാരവുമില്ല!

പ്രായമായ തേനീച്ചയെ മറ്റു തേനീച്ചകള്‍ കുത്തിപ്പുറത്താക്കാറുണ്ട്‌. മനുഷ്യരിലും ചിലര്‍ ഇങ്ങനെയായിട്ടുണ്ട്‌. പ്രായമേറും തോറും നമ്മുടെ നെഞ്ചിലേക്കടുപ്പിക്കേണ്ടവരാണ്‌ ഉമ്മയും ഉപ്പയും. അവരില്‍ നിന്ന്‌ തിരിച്ചൊന്നും കിട്ടാത്ത സന്ദര്‍ഭമാണ്‌ വാര്‍ധക്യം. അപ്പോഴാണ്‌ മക്കളില്‍ നിന്ന്‌ അവര്‍ക്ക്‌ കൂടുതല്‍ തിരിച്ചുകിട്ടേണ്ടത്‌. വൃദ്ധരായ ഉമ്മയോ ഉപ്പയോ ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നിട്ടും സ്വര്‍ഗം ലഭിക്കാന്‍ ഭാഗ്യമില്ലാത്തവര്‍ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ നാശമുള്ളവരാണെന്ന്‌ നബി(സ) പറയുന്നുണ്ട്‌. കേവലമൊരു മാംസക്കഷ്‌ണം മാത്രമായിരുന്ന നമ്മെ സംരക്ഷിച്ച്‌ പരിപാലിച്ച്‌ വളര്‍ത്തിയെടുത്തവരാണവര്‍. അന്ന്‌, അതവര്‍ക്കൊരു വലിയ പരീക്ഷണമായിരുന്നു. ഇന്നവര്‍ വാര്‍ധക്യത്തിലാണ്‌; ഈ പരീക്ഷണം അവര്‍ക്കുള്ളതല്ല, നമുക്കുള്ളതാണ്‌. അവരുടെ ശരീരത്തില്‍ നിന്ന്‌ ചോരയും നീരുമെല്ലാം വറ്റിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നു. ചുക്കിച്ചുളിഞ്ഞ ശരീരമാണിന്ന്‌. എവിടെയാണ്‌ ആ ചോരയും നീരുമെല്ലാം?

നമുക്ക്‌ ജന്മം നല്‍കിയവര്‍, പേരിട്ടവര്‍, കല്ലും മുള്ളും തട്ടാതെ കാത്തു വളര്‍ത്തിയവര്‍, പിശുക്കില്ലാതെ സ്‌നേഹിച്ചവര്‍, നമുക്കായി ഏറ്റവും ദു:ഖിച്ചവര്‍, സന്തോഷിച്ചവര്‍..... എല്ലാം അവര്‍ക്ക്‌ തിരിച്ചു നല്‍കുക. ..........നിങ്ങളോര്‍ക്കുക.

A student asks a teacher: What is love?
The teacher said: in order to answer your question, go to the paddy field and choose the biggest paddy and come back.But the rule is: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back
to pick.
The student went to the field, go thru first row,he
saw one big paddy,but he wonders....may be there is a bigger one later.Then he saw
another bigger one... but may be there is an even bigger one waiting for him
Later, when he finished more than half of the paddy field, he start to realize that the paddy is not as big as the previous one he saw, he
know he has missed the biggest one, and he regretted. So, he ended up went
back to the teacher with empty hand.

The teacher told him, this is love... you keeplooking for a better
one,but when later you realize, you have already miss the personThe student asked: What is marriage then? The teacher said: In order to answer your question, go to the corn
fieldand choose the biggest corn and come back.

The student went to the corn field, this time he is careful not to repeat the previous mistake, when he reach the middle of the field, he has picked one medium corn that he feel satisfied, and came back to the teacher.
