दूर -दूर रहते रहते तो दूरी बढती जाती है
तुम तो आते नहीं तुम्हारी,यादें बहुत सताती है
दिव्य नेत्र दे दो आँखों से पर्दा ज़रा हटाओ श्याम

दूर बज रही वंशी की धुन मुझको पास बुलाती है

भव सागर में भटक-२ कर देखा सब कुछ झूठा है

ഏതൊരാളുടെയും ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ആഗ്രഹങ്ങള്‍ രണ്ടാണ്  ഒന്നാമതായി ഏറ്റവും നല്ല സുന്ദരിയെ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കണം.  പിന്നെ മുഖ്യം ഏറ്റവും ഭംഗിയുള്ള വലിയ വീട് വെക്കണം.  പ്രവാസിക്ക് പല പ്രശ്നങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഒരു പഞ്ഞവും ഇല്ല  സഹോദരിമാരുടെ വിവാഹം,പ്രസവം,ബന്തു മിത്രാതികളുടെ
സാമ്പത്തിക പ്രശ്ന പരിഹാരം,രോഗങ്ങള്‍ ,ആഗ്രഹങ്ങള്‍  ഇതൊക്കെ ഒരു ശെരാശ്ശേരി പ്രവാസിയുടെ ശ്രുഷ്ടിപരമായ  ജനിതക രീതികലാണ്.. എഴുതപെടാത്ത നിയമങ്ങളാണ് എല്ലാം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഒരു ഗള്‍ഫു ഗേറ്റും വാങ്ങി നാട്ടില്‍പോയി  ഓടി തിരഞ്ഞു ഒരു വിവാഹം.പ്രസവം ,മക്കളുടെ പിറവി , രോഗങ്ങള്‍ .വിദ്ധ്യാഭ്യാസം അവശനായി അലയുംബോളാണ്  ഒരു വീടിന്റെ ആവശ്യം അത്യാവശ്യമായി വരിക
സ്വന്തം വിവാഹത്തോടെ സ്ഥിരം ചിലവുകള്‍ വര്‍ദ്ധിച്ച  പ്രവാസിക്ക് സ്വന്തക്കാരെ എല്ലാവരെയും പഴയതുപോലെ പരിഗണിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയാതെ വരുമ്പോള്‍ ... അതുവരെ പ്രവാസി സ്വന്തമെന്നു കരുതി സ്നേഹിച്ചു പരിപാലിച്ചുപോന്നവരൊക്കെ മുഖ്യ ശത്രുക്കളായി തീര്‍ന്ന അവസ്ഥയിലായിരിക്കും പുതിയ വീടിനെകുരിച്ചുള്ള ചിന്ത.  എന്നാല്‍ പിന്നെ ഒരു വീടുവെച്ചു സ്വസ്ഥമായി ജീവിക്കാം  എന്ന് വെച്ചാല്‍ .. പ്രവാസം തുടങ്ങിയ കാലം തൊട്ടു മനസ്സില്‍ കെട്ടിപൊക്കിയ മണിമാളികയുടെ മനോഹര രൂപങ്ങലല്ലാതെ

പ്രവാസിയുടെ ഓട്ടകീശയില്‍ ഒന്നുമില്ല ബാക്കി ..

കടം വാങ്ങിച്ചും ഉള്ളത് വിറ്റ് തുലച്ചും ധീര്ഗ വീക്ഷനമില്ലാതെ പണിതുകൂട്ടിയ എത്രയത്ര പനിതീരാ പ്രവാസിവീടുകളുടെ  ജീര്‍ണിച്ച രൂപങ്ങളാണ് നമ്മുടെ കണ്ണിലൂടെ  ഇപ്പോള്‍ മിന്നി മാഞ്ഞു പോയ്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്  ഇനിയെങ്കിലും നമ്മള്‍ പ്രവാസികള്‍ നമ്മുടെ അവസ്തയറിഞ്ഞു
ജീവിക്കാന്‍ തയാറായില്ലെങ്കില്‍ നാളെ ഖേദിക്കെണ്ടിവരും ചെലവ് കുറഞ്ഞ ഒരു വീടിനെകുറിച്ചാണിവിടെ
